Have you been hoping for Volkswagen to offer their Golf R model to a dealership near? If this is true then you may be in luck as Volkswagen has confirmed the supercharged Golf R will come to North America in 2012. Volkswagen has developed special options packages for the upcoming Polo, Golf and Golf Plus, for which it has chosen fashion design icon and photographer, Karl Lagerfeld, to represent in a German ad campaign.

The VW "STYLE" special editions of the Polo and Golf come with a "money-saving options package"  including light-alloy wheels, fog lamps, tinted side and rear windows and STYLE badging. A STYLE-Plus package adds a sunroof or panorama roof, along with new sets of alloy wheels.
