The first appointment comes at either 6,000 miles or 8 months down the road. From there, the second appointment happens at 10,000 miles or 12 months. This one is a basic Volkswagen maintenance appointment. The technician changes your oil and brake pads. Next up is a 20,000 mile or 24 month visit, which entails a full vehicle inspection, an oil change and a new oil filter. And finally, there's the fourth visit, which occurs at 30,000 miles or 36 months. It's essentially an appointment to change your oil and inspect your brake pads.
